Know who has paid, and who still owes you

Open Invoices, choose the student and the period, and tick the completed lessons you want to bill. Tuton fills in each lesson's date and price. Check it, add anything else, then send it.

If your student has a Tuton account, the invoice appears there when you send it, with a notification. You can also print it or save it as a PDF from your browser, if you'd rather email it yourself.

No. Students pay you directly with the methods you set up, such as bank transfer, Wise, Revolut or PayPal, and your bank details can show as a SEPA or VietQR code they scan. Tuton charges a flat subscription and takes 0% commission on those payments.

Yes. Set your single-lesson and pack prices once. Students request a pack, pay you, and the lessons are added to their balance when you approve the payment, with a paid receipt made for you. The lessons they book come off that balance.

Yes. Invoices are marked draft, sent or paid, and My money lists every student who still owes you, from unpaid invoices and from lessons you've taught but not billed yet. One click sends each of them a payment reminder in the chat.

Yes. Record a payment against an invoice, including the amount that actually arrived after bank or transfer fees, and the invoice is marked paid.

Yes. Each invoice has one currency, chosen from 44, and amounts are never converted. You can also set your prices per currency, and students see the one that fits them.
