Lessons carry on as normal, but they are not reported until you add more hours. Top up any time from your billing page at $1.20 a report hour; top-up hours never expire and are used after your plan's hours. A lesson is only reported if your hours cover all of it, and nothing is ever added to your bill without you choosing it.
