Can I switch plans anytime?

Upgrades take effect immediately and you're charged the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Manage your subscription anytime from the billing dashboard.

Do unused hours roll over?

Monthly included hours reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Purchased top-up hours, however, never expire — use them whenever you need them.
