Students pick a time, you say yes

You set your weekly hours once, and students see only your open slots. They pick a time and send a booking request, and you accept or decline in a click. The lesson goes on your Tuton calendar, and into Google Calendar too if you've switched that on. You can also book lessons for students yourself.

Yes, a free one. Students connect to you with an email invite, a 6-character code or by booking from your public page, then book from their own account on the web or in the iPhone app. Everything stays linked to their profile in your student list.

Yes. Book a lesson that repeats every week or every two weeks, on one or more weekdays, for a set number of weeks or until you stop it. Tuton books ahead and keeps topping the series up, skips dates that clash, and keeps the time right when the clocks change. Students can ask you for a regular time too.

You decide. Set a notice time and a late-cancel rule, and when a student cancels inside it you choose whether the lesson goes back on their balance. Students see your rule when they book, and outside the notice time they can move or cancel a lesson themselves.

Yes. Offer single lessons or packs, and students book against the lessons left on their balance. Prices can be set per student, and completed lessons are ready to add to an invoice.

Yes, as notifications. Students with the app or browser notifications turned on get reminders a day, an hour and 15 minutes before each lesson. You get a morning brief of your day and can add a reminder an hour before your lessons.

No. Before a booking goes through, Tuton checks your other lessons, pending requests, time off and the busy times in your connected Google Calendar, so a slot that's taken never shows as open.
