Yes. A class has 8 students by default and up to 12, with a timetable of up to 16 weeks. Teachers run it in the school classroom: video, present mode, class chat, a private writing page for each student and the Space. Attendance is taken from the video room, and the teacher can correct it. You can also invite prospective students to a trial class with a name-only guest link.

Yes. School teachers teach 1:1 lessons in the same classroom that independent tutors use, with AI lesson-report hours drawn from one pool shared across the school. You can set a cap per teacher, and you choose in the school settings whether students can read their lesson reports.

Admins add students to the school one at a time, assign each to a teacher and send an email invite as they go. New students can also apply through your public school page once you publish it. There's no bulk import for school rosters yet.

The way they pay you today. You publish offers for places on a course or class at the price you set, paid in one go or in up to 12 instalments. Students apply from your public school page, you record each payment as it arrives, and the place activates. Tuton emails a reminder when an instalment is due or late. Tuton takes no commission and never handles the money.

An admin moves their school classes, students and lesson history to another teacher in one step. If the teacher also teaches privately on Tuton, those students live in their own personal workspace and stay theirs.

Not yet. Classes, courses, marking and the school dashboard run in the browser on a laptop or desktop. The iPhone app covers 1:1 lessons, messages and vocabulary practice.
