Email [email protected] from any device and a real person will get back to you. Include your account email and a short description of what you need help with. Screenshots are welcome. If you're signed in, you can also open Support from your account menu and message us there. We typically reply within one business day.

Tuton doesn't have a self-serve password reset yet. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use that same button to sign back in: there's no separate password. Otherwise, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll help you get back in.

Create a free student account at tuton.io or in the Tuton iPhone app, and enter the 6-character code from your tutor when you're asked for it. That connects you to your tutor. Tuton is free for students.

Open a scheduled lesson from your dashboard and choose Join to enter the Tuton classroom, with video, shared lesson pages, the Space, an AI teaching assistant and vocabulary capture. Students join the same lesson from their own dashboard or the iPhone app.

Allow the camera and microphone when your browser asks. If you blocked them, click the lock icon next to the web address, allow both and reload the page. You can choose which camera and microphone to use before you join. In the iPhone app, allow camera and microphone for Tuton in the iPhone's Settings. A laptop with an up-to-date browser works best.

Sign in at tuton.io in a web browser and open Settings, then Billing, to see your plan, update your payment details, change plan or cancel. If you subscribed in the iPhone app, manage it in your Apple ID subscriptions instead.

Request deletion from Settings, then Account, on the web or in the iPhone app, or email [email protected]. If you're on a paid plan, cancel it first. Your account is locked straight away, and tuton.io/account-deletion explains what is deleted and when.
