Your Business English students are professionals. Your setup should be too.

Yes. The library has 11 Business English courses: 9 at B1 to B2, and 2 at C1 for managers who already work in English. They cover meetings and presentations, professional emails, phone and video calls, networking, negotiation, giving feedback, sales and client relations, and financial English. They sync live in the classroom, and you can teach them as they are or adapt them.

Yes. Build an invoice from the lessons you taught in a month, one line per lesson. Add the company as the client, with its address and VAT or tax number, plus your own business name, tax number and logo, and a tax rate if you charge one. Send it to the student's Tuton account, or print it or save it as a PDF from your browser for their finance team. Students or their employers pay you directly.

Students see your open times on your booking page and request a lesson; you accept in a click. Once it's booked, they can move or cancel it themselves, outside the notice time you set (24 hours unless you change it). Your Google Calendar busy times block your slots, and students with notifications on get reminders on their phone before each lesson.

Yes. Tell the assistant about the student's job and goals ('a B2 procurement manager preparing for supplier negotiations') and it writes discussion questions, role-plays and examples for that job, mid-lesson. It also reads what Tuton already knows about the student: their level, goals, notes, recent lessons and words. Vocabulary you add, like 'stakeholder' or 'lead time', goes to the student's review deck.

Yes. Set your prices in the currencies your clients pay in (44 are supported). Each price is the one you typed, never converted, and visitors to your page see the currency for where they are, when you've set a price in it. Invoices can be issued in any of those currencies.

Usually not. The classroom runs in the browser, with no downloads, plugins or admin rights needed, and your student joins from a free Tuton account, which matters on a locked-down work laptop. As with any video call, a very strict company network can still get in the way, so a short test call before the first lesson is worth it.

No. Tuton is not a marketplace. It's the setup for the clients you find through your network, LinkedIn, referrals or a company contract: a polished booking page to send them to, and everything you need to deliver the lessons once they say yes. There's no commission on the payments they send you directly.
