TV presenter Jeremy Clarkson, best known for his motoring and farming shows, has shared some personal health news. In the latest episodes of his show Clarkson's Farm, the 66-year-old tells his co-workers that he has been diagnosed with cancer. He described the cancer as 'aggressive' but said it was caught at a very early stage. Clarkson explained that a part of his prostate had been removed during treatment. He told the people around him that he had known since May and promised he would be fine. The moment was clearly emotional, and those listening were visibly shocked by the news. This is not the first health story in the current series. Earlier episodes showed Clarkson talking about a heart procedure he had in late 2024, where doctors fitted a stent to open a blocked artery. Clarkson warned fans before the episodes aired that they would be difficult to watch.
