Basic Basics lesson plans

Basic Basics is where a true beginner starts: greetings and introductions, numbers and telling the time, family, the home, and shopping and money at A1, then building confidence and talking about the weather at A2. The plans keep instructions simple and recycle vocabulary, because at this level the instructions are part of the lesson. They suit adults starting English from zero or close to it.
