Conversation Skills lesson plans
Conversation Skills lessons teach how to talk, not only what to say: breaking the ice and small talk at A2, presenting, storytelling and hypothetical questions at B1, then active listening, disagreeing politely and diplomatic language at B2. They suit a student who knows plenty of English but freezes, stalls or runs out of things to say. Each plan focuses on one skill and gives the student most of the speaking time.
The first lesson of every course is a full plan you can read here with no signup. The other lessons show an outline.
